    Description

    A hand painted insignia, probably British.  I think the name on the bottom is Jimmy Quinn.  He dates it 1935.  There is a target on the painting indicating artillery?, with the ordnance insignia to the right.  A 7 is above what I am sure is a more modern looking Old English G, with a date of 1825 below that.  If the artist's name is Quinn, then this is possibly Irish.
    If you have any info it would be appreciated.
