I would say the condition is EX+ to Near Mint, which considering this was actually used during the showing of the movie thats great condition. I would very suspect of finding one in Mint condition that is original.
I do the very best I can to give a fair and honest condition grade that I can. However, please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
