1960’s Nomura Battery Operated Flying Tiger Swing Tail Cargo Plane. Fully Working. Please Read Description.
14.5” long with 14" wing span tin litho and hard plastic toy. 1960s by Nomura, Japan. Body of the plane is marked “Flying Tiger Line.” Tail features “Tigers” name, logo and US flag. Wings marked “N447T.” Toy works and travels around with stop-and-go action, propellers turn, tail opens to expose cargo area and lights up. Neat design and action. Original vintage batteries are included.  They are in excellent physical condition. Unfortunately they are also non functional but included. Runs on two "D" size cells.
This toy has the following conditions:
1. One propeller is missing.
2. The front nose of the tin shell has some paint loss and residue on it.
3. The fuselage was disassembled and one electrical connection point and one screw mount was epoxied securely. Please see pictures.
Hard to find item in very good working condition.
