    All of the items that we sell are assumed in perfect working condition. In the rare case that an item is damage (on Arrival) please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange/refund or a credit on a future purchase the item for you. Return Item most be in re-sale condition but if wish to replace then we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless we misrepresented the item you order for. All items we carry are handmade in Nepal and imported by Thamelmart itself. We usually ship orders within 2 days from warehouse in San Francisco East bay (California) via USPS Mail Priority Mail Service (Deliver within 4 business days within United States). Over nights orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS overnight service.
    International Orders:
    All the orders outside of USA or Canada will directly be shipped from our showroom/warehouse in Nepal via DHL, FedEx or UPS. It takes up to 10 days to delivers the orders.
