    Description

    My mother in law lived in Sheffield, England and passed in 2015. She collected stamps (and post cards). I will gladly combine shipping. Up to 3 oz including the envelope can ship for this new rate.
    All have wear and are ungraded and I do not know anything about stamps so I probably cannot answer detailed questions.
    A Little Bit of Afrikan History.
    Vintage postage stamp, Colonial Belgian Congo. 10 f. Light green with rust flowers. Over-stamped with CONGO in dark black lettering.  I believe it is a 1960 redo of the 1952 stamp design.
