From the estate of an elder lady in her 90's who passed away about 10 years ago
She Traveled the world in her younger days
She collected many Asian Treasures while on her adventures

There is a little chain on the side which probably had something attached
Long ago but lost now
The Handle has a red wax seal on it. I have been told this designates that the item is an Antique
But I have no expertise in this area
