Vintage Antique Tibetan Mani Hand Prayer Wheel Scroll Copper Brass Buddhist. Condition is "Used". Previously owned. Antique Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Wheel with a scroll inside. The beautiful artifact was handcrafted by local Tibetan artisans in Tibet. I’m not very familiar with these so I’m not sure how it’s supposed to work.
