Description

This is a set of 7 flower stamps from CONGO, Belgian. They come with the original vellum/wax paper envelope, which reads: "1952-53: 7 values. A dazzling array of exotic African flowers portrayed in their natural colors." I am not knowledgeable in stamp collecting, but four or the seven are new, like Mint. Three of the seven, have been stamped/used. Very nice. Buyer pays shipping.
