Buddhist prayer wheel

Buddhist prayer wheel. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  Honesstly i do not know anything about this it, other than what it is.  Inside of the cup is paper rolled up looks like it was smoldering a little, but some characters can still be made out.  The paper is very delicate and feels like it would break apart if you unrolled it.  I'm not to sure on the price of these things and how to judge it's age, i see these things go anywhere between -1000s.  It looks like this was hand made to me, and looks old, but like i said i don't know.
