Handmade Leather Sheath for Bahco Laplander Folding Saw

Here is a sheath for the ever popular Bahco Laplander folding saw. I double hand stitch these with high-strength artificial sinew and finish them off with my own brand of natural leather conditioner that helps with waterproofing and also assists in preserving the leather. They have a good, snug fit and will make sure your saw is there when you need it. The belt loop is pinned in place with four metal rivets that keep it secure, and will accommodate up to a two inch belt. We are now also double stitching the belt loop in place in addition to the rivets.
I make these with tooling leather and, being handmade, the color will vary slightly. Brown is the standard color and, being handmade, the color will vary a bit from sheath to sheath. If you have a preference of darker brown or lighter, let me know at time of order. If they are freshly made to a specific color they will need to lay for a few days to cure. This means, if it is a custom color, they may still be slightly "wet" when you receive it. This is a great time to put your saw in it and, while drying, the sheath will conform to your saw.
