You are viewing my custom made horse 3 tube tail bags,medium measure 37" long,my 3 tube tail bags are made with lycra spandex fabric,they have a band at the top that you wrap around and tye and tyies at the bottom to wrap around and tye,just divide the horses tail in thirds and pull through the 3 tubs and tye off.
