The KidKraft Hideout Hollow Tunnel Climber is like having a little bit of the playground at your very own house. The unique structure has four openings for kids to burrow their way through the easy-to-navigate maze. Flap doors are perfect peek-a-boo openings for mischievous youngsters. The top opening is a cute way for them to pop up and surprise you.
There's even a just-right-sized rock wall for practicing their bouldering skills. (Handles are provided for beginners.) The opposite side includes a must-have: a slide. This one has a sloping end to help gently lower kids down to the ground. When it's time to exercise the brain and fine tune motor skills, try out the shape sorter cutouts. Three jumbo-sized shapes, just right for toddler hands, are included. Equipped to handle the outdoors as well as inside, this adventurous wood and plastic climber is ready for hours of active and imaginative play.

Shipping
We ship UPS, USPS, FedEx among others. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. No International Shipping and no local pick-up. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is lost in shipping, please contact us and we will locate it or replace it. We ship for free but some states charge a small shipping surcharge and will be applied at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available, or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry, just message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be in the original shipping box with materials and accessories.
