Axe NOT included. This is our large size which provides an additional 3/4" of an inch of handle protection compared to our regular sized overstrike protector. Custom made brown fade leather Axe or Hatchet over strike protection for your wood handle. Adjustable leather lacing allows a good fit for most common sized axe handles.
Overstrike protector is handmade in USA. Hand cut from vegtan leather. Vegetable tanned leather is made from natural ingredients. The edge of this Handle protector is hand dyed and finished / slicked. Leather is top coated and a light application of Fiebing's Leather Balm is applied and buffed to help protect from the elements. The dimensions of the protector are 4 1/2" wide and 4 3/4" tall when laying flat on table. Holes along edges to accommodate lacing the protector to you handle. Handmade item so dimensions may vary slightly. Fits Most common sized Axes and hatchets. brown leather construction.
