pulse engine tach pet-1000, not working unless otherwise im trying to test it wrong, i assumed the clamp would hook up to a power source like a car battery, which i tried clamping it to the terminal and it did not turn on, i got these from a mechanic shop going out of business auction setting, with lots of high end mechanic tools, but i unfortunately do not know if this is the proper way to test this, but as of now i am calling this not working for parts or repair, if i am doing something wrong, please feel free to reach out and let me know, if i have the ability and means to test this i certainly will, i have two of them on two seperate listings, thanks! feel free to make an offer
