    Description

    Up for bid is a set of 8 Samoa stamps from the first series issued by the island.  The stamps are in good mint hinged condition and come from my childhood collection that needs a new home since I am now retired with other interests.  I do not know if the stamps are the genuine first issue stamps or later reprints.  The gentleman I bought them from so many years ago lead me to believe the stamps were the original issue.  If that is so, the stamps are worth considerably more than what I have them listed for at this time.  Please see the photos of both the front and backs of the stamps.  Thanks for looking.
