    EX-NM beautifully unused-looking condition, 1930s-1950s vintage Shelley 13104 scenic Cottage Series (?) 10⅝" dia. hand-tinted on applied decal cabinet plate with cobalt blue & gilt background in near-mint condition, shows two or three superficially light, storage-related surface rubs/scratches, and has relief-raised red & purple enameling enhancements painted onto the cottage roofs, chimneys, front bushes, and some of the florals in the foreground. It's one of the most attractive art porcelain quality pieces of Shelley. The near-pristine condition is remarkable. Buyer pays USPS priority mail s/h/i, with free tracking.
