    Description

    The item for sale is a  redware pottery cups and saucer set that was made in Trenton, NJ by the Stangl pottery company during 1970-1978.  The set is in the Rooster pattern.  The pattern features a hand painted rooster depicted in a Folk Art style against a yellow background on the saucer.  The cup has a large rooster head in profile on one of the sides.  The set was previously owned.  The condition is almost the same as when made.  The cup has a tiny chip on the rim as shown in photograph 5.  The saucer has some light staining of unknown origin.  This may be removable and can be seen in photograph 2.  The height and diameter of the cup is 3"12 and 3 1/4".  The diameter of the saucer is  6 1/8".
