A superb and complete 12 piece Shelley porcelain “Dainty” breakfast set in the yellow polka dot pattern…the “Dainty” shape was originally designed in 1896, though this set dates circa 1940s-1950s…Art Deco inspired…Set includes a 6" coffee pot with lid that holds approximately 2 cups,  an 8" dessert plate,  a 6" bread and butter plate, a 5 1/2" diameter fruit bowl,  one coffee cup and saucer,  individual creamer and open sugar bowl,  one egg cup and one butter/muffin dish with cover…all pieces marked with the green shield mark, several pieces have 1st Quality decorator numbers.
