    UP FOR CONSIDERATION:
    Very Old Vintage 1930 German Mussbach D.R.P. Silver Plated Kitchenaria Lemon Juicer
    The lemon squeezer in the shape of a bird is both practical and decorative. Made by Mussbach in Germany from 1930-1945 (Third-Reich era). The eye serves as a hinge for the part that mashes the lemon. There is a grate for straining out seeds and large pulp, and the juice can then be poured out the beak spout. Can be used for garlic press as well.
    DETAILS:
    SIZE: Bird measures 4.75 x 1.75 inches (when closed).
    MARKS: Carries the Mussbach name and logo (M) and '2.' on the tail. The detail is wonderful to show the feathers on wings and body. Elegant piece.
    CONDITION: Excellent. This is not the newer version in stainless steel.
