Tricky Peter Penguin is a whistle commanded penguin that squeaks and stops by himself. you blow the magic whistle and he begins to operate. this toy requires no wires no connection he obeys your whistle commands. toy is truly vintage being made in the 1969s these toys are pretty rare. Toy comes as seen in the photos below and is used but has the original box and I believe that its complete. Untested... selling as pictured. battery box is clean.  believe he was a disney character.
