Photos are an important part of my description so I take a lot of time to make sure items are photographed from different angles to best showcase features and/or flaws. Buyers are responsible for viewing all photos and asking any questions before purchase.  Although I try diligently to note any flaws in my description, the photos should show anything that I may have overlooked or forgotten to include it in the written description. Returns
If you are unhappy with your item, please feel free to return your purchase. Your account will be credited once the return is received.  Please note: item must be returned in exact same condition it was received (i.e. tags still attached, factory sealed, no alterations, etc).
Shipping Damage
All shipments except for First Class & Media Mail are insured.  If your package was damaged in shipping, please photograph both damaged box and damaged product and save damaged box with all of the packing materials until the shipping claim has been processed.
Return Fraud
Unfortunately, there has been a marked increase in fraudulent return attempts across Ebay's platform. Once a return or return attempt* has been determined to be fraudulent, ALL of the following actions will be taken, whether the purchase in question was for or 0:  police report filed with buyer's city of residence, Internet Crimes Report filed with the FBI,  Return Abuse report opened with ebay.  If the return is sent by US Postal Service, then a request for investigation will be submitted to the US Postal Criminal Investigations Center (mail fraud is a Federal Felony).
*Return fraud/abuse includes but is not limited to bait & switch (returning a broken or lesser quality item than the one sold), returning a different item in a different condition other than it was purchased, lying about the reason for return (i.e. improperly choosing "Item Not As Described" aka INAD), feedback extortion and clothing/product "rental".
