This is a really pretty vintage Shelley PRIMROSE (Dainty/Ruffled Shape) Cup & Saucer. Pattern 13430, excellent condition.
This is a discontinued pattern, produced by Shelley.  It features a floral design in white, yellow and green on white, with a green handle, green trim on both cup and saucer.
The set is preowned but in great condition with minimal signs of shelf wear.
No chips, cracks, repairs. It would be an excellent addition to any Shelley Primrose collection.
Dimensions:
Cup: just under 2 1/2" height x 3 1/2" diameter opening, handle is another 3/4".  S
aucer: 5 1/2" diameter.
Set weighs 8 oz.
